Sproo-Doo: The contract for the new venue has been signed, and a deposit will be paid soon. Many raffle and silent auction items have been received thanks to the continued efforts of Cliff Bullock. Approximately 5 sponsorships have been paid. Anyone wanting to do a special award, see Bri. Since our regular supplier of awards has raised their prices, Bri is checking on alternatives. At this time, no vendors have confirmed that they will attend, although vendors from last year’s show have been contacted, and Ken and Bri talked to many vendors at the Lone Star Figure Show about the possibility of attending this year.
Supporting Causes: CASM currently has information on cancer awareness on the website and social media pages. We will continue to feature similar links for various causes that may affect club members and their families.
Lone Star Figure Show: Ken shared with us that he was approached by the organizers of this event, who asked questions about CASM and our Sproo-Doo. The indication was that they had previously heard positive things about our club and show.
IPMS Awards: The submissions for IPMS Chapter/Newsletter/Website of the Year have been submitted and received by the Region Chair.
Parent/Child Work Day: This event is set for June 14, following the June meeting. Rick suggested that we get with Roger about any liability issues that may occur if a child were to injure himself during the seminar with a hobby knife, etc.
Airbrush seminar: This event is set for May 10, following the May meeting. Ken would like to have at least 4 instructors for this event. Attendees would bring their own models and paint.

Officer Elections: As per the by-laws, nominations for officers will be taken in June and voted upon in August.
