CASM E-Board Minutes
8-1-15
Officers Present- Matt Bond, Brent Bristow, Brianna Childres, Ken Childres, Rick Knapp, Ray Smith, Mike Warren.
Called to order - 10:11
Facebook - The new Facebook setup for the club appears to be working. More members are utilizing the "Builds" page to post works-in-progress and other build related info.
Quarterly Financial Statement will be provided by Brent Bristow at the next General Meeting.
Sproo-Doo
The upcoming show will be paid for before the show starts but we have not been getting the same amount of sponsorship money as before which means that it will be harder to fund next years show. More sponsorships need to be sold to help pay for the upcoming shows.
The venue is officially booked for this years show. Ken, Bri, and Brent visited the ball-room where the show will be held at the Convention Center and report that the venue will be a good improvement.
Guest judges for the Battle of the Champions are being recruited.
Due to the fact that PTC was not able to put on the Arkansas Model Championship this year we will make inquiries to Dave Branson inviting them to participate in Sproo-Doo.
Changes were proposed in order to streamline the judging process. Further details will be discussed by the show committee.
